Xeomin is a fantastic botulinum toxin injectable that decreases wrinkles by decreasing the strength of the muscle it is injected into. It is also double purified, making it the least likely of the botox injectables to develop resistance to treatment.

Typical areas of injection include:
Upper face: forehead (10-30 units), glabella/above nose (12-20 units), crow's feet (12-40 units), bunny lines on the nose (12-18 units), elevation of the eyebrow (4-8 units)
Lower face: frown/marionette lines (4 units), pebbled chin (4-10 units), lip flip/pursed lip/smoker's lines (4-10 units), gummy smile (2-4 units), masseter/TMJ injections (24-80 units), strong neck muscles (12-30 units).

Microneedling is a fantastic treatment for skin rejuvenation and to help decrease the thickness, discoloration and tightness of scars. PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) is often used in conjunction with a microneedling treatment to augment the healing effects of microneedling.

ViPeel is a fantastic mid depth chemical peel with virtually no discomfort during treatment and minimal downtime. Most people will peel the most heavily on days 3 & 4 so plan accordingly. You also may want to consider an afternoon appointment as you need to leave the peel in place for 4-6 hours after it is applied and cannot apply makeup until the next morning. Can be alternated with microneedling treatments as well for maximum benefit.

Chemical peels initially work best in a series of 3 performed 4-6 weeks apart and can be purchased at a lower price by paying for the package during your first chemical peel appointment.

Our weight management program includes 4 prefilled syringes of semaglutide compounded with L-carnitine in a titrated dosing following the guidelines for Wegovy (the brand name semaglutide injections FDA approved for weight loss). You will also receive a Mega-Burn injection monthly.

As we age our collagen and elastin break down and bone is resorbed into the body causing sagging thin skin with hollow areas. Ultherapy is the only FDA approved and scientifically proven device that delivers targeted precise heat to the collagen and elastin matrix causing further production of collagen and elastin as well as reorganization and strengthening of those bonds to tighten, lift and firm the skin of the face, neck and/or upper chest (décolleté). It can be used off-label in just about any area of the body but does have studies proving that it has an effect to the abdomen, upper arms, above the knees and buttocks. Results will initially be noticed in 2 months but will build over 9-12 months and stay there until your body breaks down the new collagen-elastin matrix over time. Although this therapy won’t duplicate the precise tightening and removal of excise tissue that a surgical facelift will, it absolutely it an amazing therapy, especially for those that are not interested in a surgical face/neck lift or that would like to augment their previous face/neck lifts. It is important to know that you will not have immediate results. The skin tightening and re-volumization will occur over time and you will start to see results at 2 months. Though Ultherapy used to be extremely uncomfortable/painful, it no longer is as the tissue is now able to be visualized on the ultrasound device which allows for precise therapy. If you are having a larger area treated (or just prefer even on a smaller area), numbing cream and/or laughing gas can be added to your treatment for comfort.
